October is here?

Wow... times passes *cliche*

Anyway today is the last day of September. We are already at the last Quarter of 2007. Furthermore CHRISTMAS is coming!!

I just finished my budgeting for FY08/09 in office last week. End of the year is usually the off peak season for me. Majority of the people go on leave, hence no one sends out emails, no one replies emails... time can get difficult to pass.

- Nevertheless looking forward to the end of the year "festive mood" from now onwards....

Attended my cousin's birthday party on Sunday. Supposed to go earlier to help out with the decorations. But didnt really helped alot. Just blew some balloons and later collect the birthday cake from Tampines Mall *sorry Wendy*

It really felt like a wedding.. haha. Maybe we will get even more excited if we help to prepare wedding for any of our cousins. Looking forward to that though. Everyone helps out and feel happy for the person. And you can see and feel the strong bonding and high family spirits.

Thats why i always feel fortunate to be part of this happy family.

Not forgetting to wish the Bdae Girl: Happy Birthday Wendy and may all your dreams come true!

Sept 2007 in Tokyo

Roppongi Hills. Mainly offices although it is supposed to be a "city within a city" with shops, hotels, residential & offices.

Shinjuku.. Pass by here everyday using the free shuttle from our hotel.

Yokohama Chinatown. Another major city in Japan. Even met a shanghai girl who migrated here.

"Sashimi seafood don" at the Tsukiji fish market. Fresh from the wholesale fish market nearby.

Crepe cafe at Harajuku. Yummy too. Nice whipped cream.

After the Tenzan hot spring.. eye opening if you know what i mean.

Shibuya street scene... Shibuya 109 is just nearby.

... from Tokyo. The city of expensive shopping.

Ha ha. I really shopped like mad there. So Kawaii all the stuff there!

Bought many things.. from head to toes.. including hat, clothes, make up, shoes, stationary, accessories and local snacks. Went crazy shopping at Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku.

Visited some sight seeing places as well.. like Hakone for the hot springs, Yokohama for the chinatown, Roponggi Hills for Mori Tower, Asakusa for the shrine, Tsujiki for the fish market.

Alot of updates.. ALL in 1

Finally get to update. Having some problems with the blogger website. Cant seem to login. And very very Busy at work.

Finished my 6 sigma project! We presented 3 times within the last 2 weeks and the final time (yesterday) was on stage. Was super nervous when waiting for our turn.. but when on stage everything seemed settled down.. and was quite steady.

But not the 2nd round of the presentation. As usual nervous... with the SVPs all inside listening... so i spoke super fast.

I even broke down in office 2 fridays ago when preparing the presentation.. too stressed and upset with the whole project... felt so tired doing it. And depressed over another matter as well.. so all my pimples popped up!

Anyway glad that the project is finally over... but i must say that it is a very good experience and exposure. Although its becos my boss gave us this "good chance".

But not all good news as yet.. because my boss again nominate me to be the rep for the Organisational climate survey.. to collect feedback from the other staff and feedback to management. He assured me that it wont take too much time.. it BETTER be!

Something nice to look forward though.. I am going japan tonight! Tokyo.. the last time i was there must be 4 years ago i think... or 5 years with Wendy and Tenny.

Maybe i will be able to buy my favourite Samantha Thavasa bags. And other nice stuff only to be found in japan..

Didnt enjoy the march trip to fukuoka cos i fall sick and somehow the place is more not as happening as tokyo..

Plans to go Disneysea as well. Should be different from Disneyland.
