What have i learnt or achieved in my 3 years in the current company?
I can proudly say- communication skills, understanding the scope of my work and the operations of the dept and the company.
3 years ago, when i first joined i had to attend a consultant meeting. At that time, i just kept silent while my manager spoke. There is nothing much i can contribute.
Yesterday i attended another consultant meeting at Raffles Place. Alone this time. The other party includes an ang mo and another lady. I am glad i am able to manage them while fulfiling the agenda of the meeting.
I am happy! Independence in work.
