Bad news!
Heard from reliable sources that my big boss is resigning. I am so sad! I always tell people he is a nice boss. Although I only work with him on bigger projects but to me, he is a very approachable person, not afraid to make decisions fast, flexible and always come out with good solutions whenever there are problems. Basically all the required qualities of a good boss.
So now what I am nervous about is whether my direct boss will leave as well. For the past 2 weeks, he has been behaving weirdly. He is not putting in effort in work, quite unfocused at times. Although compared to my big boss, he is not as friendly to us. But again as a male boss, he dares to make decisions, looks at the overall big picture and gives good advice.
Nevertheless, life must still move on. The rest of the colleagues must be united and give strong support to each other.
This question still inevitably pops up- where does our future in the company lies?
